FELIN
Women in management positions at Styrian companies
In the project “FELIN” the quota of women in the first and second management levels in Styria is surveyed in privately owned companies as well as in companies in which municipalities, the county, or the federal government are involved.
The project includes the following activities:
- Construction of interview questions for the telephone interview
- Conducting telephone interviews with at least 100 companies
- Analysis of the telephone interview data
